You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis
You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
No refunds are provided for partial months of service
We reserve the right to modify membership rates with 30 days notice

Scheduling and Cancellations

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or termination of membership services.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, defective seals, cracked glass, or damage caused by factors outside our control such as weather events.

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge.
