Services

We provide professional window cleaning, pressure washing, caulking, post-construction cleaning, and seasonal services across the Gulf Coast. Quotes are estimates and may be adjusted after an on-site assessment.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a fee.

Property Access & Safety

You agree to provide safe access to the property, secure pets, and disclose any hazards or defective windows. We reserve the right to decline service if conditions are unsafe.

Liability

We carry general liability insurance. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, defective seals, cracked glass, or damage caused by factors outside our control.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied, contact us within 48 hours and we'll return to address your concerns at no additional charge.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing.
